Welcome to Black Cat Cross. I've always loved the idea of creating something fun or useful out of simple materials. Cross stitch isn't just fun, it's also meditative, social, and self-affirming.   • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • Where's my digital download?

    Look for your digital download in a separate email from Black Cat Cross. Don't forget to check your spam and junk mail folders if you haven't seen it within 24 hours of your purchase.

  • What is your return policy?

    Unopened kits and undamaged products are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you've opened your kit and there's something missing, contact me and I'll do my best to correct the problem. Digital downloads are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges, but if you had a problem with your file, I'm happy to send it again.

  • Is the Hedgemyre story suitable for my kids?

    Hedgemyre was written with audiences 13+ years in mind. Although it's sometimes spooky, I've left out gore and other explicit content.

  • Is there a real black cat behind Black Cat Cross?

    Yes, there is! Her name is Spooky and she's 4 years old. She was adopted from a local shelter and loves to tell me her stories. I am diligently learning to speak cat.
